Skip the Bid. Get the Truck.

Procurement doesn't have to be slow. Casper's has access to three major cooperative purchasing contracts:

Sourcewell is a national cooperative purchasing organization. Their contracts are competitively bid on your behalf. That means your department can purchase directly from Casper’s — no separate RFP required. Sourcewell contracts meet most state and local procurement requirements.

NASPO ValuePoint is the cooperative purchasing arm of the National Association of State Procurement Officials. Wisconsin state agencies and local governments can use NASPO contracts to purchase compliant fleet equipment quickly and confidently.

NPPGov is a cooperative purchasing platform for government and public sector buyers. Casper’s participation means your purchasing team has one more approved, compliant pathway to get your fleet the equipment it needs.

If your department requires a cooperative contract vehicle, we have one. Talk to our team about which contract works best for your situation.

Built for the People Who Keep Wisconsin Running

We work with three types of people in every municipal account — and we make each one’s job easier.

Public Works Directors You need equipment that performs without excuses. We build to spec, on time, and to last. Our builds are standardized enough to keep your fleet consistent — and flexible enough to match your unique job requirements.

Fleet Managers Uptime is everything. We use proven manufacturers and proven processes. Your vehicles leave our shop ready to work. When you need support, you can reach us.

Procurement Officers Casper’s has access to contracts through Sourcewell, NASPO ValuePoint, and NPPGov. You can move fast, stay compliant, and skip the lengthy bid process. We’ll provide documentation for your records.

Municipal Truck Equipment for Every Job

Casper’s upfits and installs a full range of equipment for Wisconsin municipal fleets. Every build is done at our facilities in Appleton or Milwaukee.

Patrol Trucks for Snow & Ice Control

Wisconsin winters don’t wait. Our patrol trucks are built with 201SS, 301SS, and AR 450 Hardox Steel. We configure hydraulics, plows, wings, scrapers, spreaders, and sprayers to match your routes and your roads. We partner with Henderson, Buyersand Universal, some of the most trusted names in snow and ice equipment.

Service Trucks for Municipal Maintenance Crews

Your maintenance crews need tools on the road, not in a shop waiting on parts. We build service truck bodies with multiple cabinet configurations in aluminum or steel. We partner with industry-leading Knapheide and EBY to deliver ready-to-work service bodies for your crew.

PLATFORM TRUCKS For PUblic works teams

Aluminum or steel construction with a range of flooring options including treadplate and steel overlay. Available with gooseneck, dumping, and stake side configurations. We partner with Knapheide, Rugby, and EBY to deliver platform trucks that are versatile enough for public works, parks, and utility departments.

Heavy Dump Trucks

Built for public works hauling that doesn’t stop. Our heavy dumps use 100% fully-welded AR 450 Hardox Steel with high-lift tailgates and 45° asphalt bumpers. These trucks are built to work hard for years. We work with BibeauHenderson, Galion, and Air-Flo  to build strong, reliable heavy dump bodies.

MEDIUM DUMP Trucks

Our medium dump bodies are available in steel or aluminum in 8′, 9′, 11′, and 14′ standard lengths. ICC/DOT compliant lighting standard. We partner with Rugby, Henderson, Galion, Knapheide, and Air-Flo to deliver high-quality, innovative, and reliable dump bodies for everyday hauling tasks.

Snow & Ice Removal Equipment

From plows and spreaders to liquid application and brine making, we configure complete snow-fighting solutions for municipal fleets. We work with Camion, Western, and SnowEx to help your team fight winter smarter, use less material, and keep roads clear.

Hooklift / Multilift Trucks

One truck. Unlimited possibilities. A hooklift system lets you swap bodies or custom equipment on and off a single chassis. That means one truck can haul debris, transport materials, or carry specialized gear depending on what the job needs. We focus on selling the hooklift system itself, and work with Stellar and Hiab to build reliable, heavy-duty setups for municipal fleets.

Solutions Built for Municipal Work

Beyond the build, Wisconsin municipalities rely on Casper’s for the add-ons that keep their trucks safe, visible, and compliant.

Lighting — Amber & Green Solutions

Municipal trucks need to be seen. We install amber and green lighting packages that meet DOT requirements for public works and snow removal vehicles. We work with Whelen and Triton — two of the most trusted names in emergency and warning lighting.

Vehicle Graphics

Your fleet represents your department every day. We install professional vehicle graphics that meet your municipality’s standards and hold up through Wisconsin winters.

Cameras & Visibility Systems

Backing up a large municipal truck is a safety risk. We install camera systems that give operators a clear view — protecting crews, equipment, and the public.

Why Wisconsin Municipal Fleets Work With Casper's

There are a lot of truck equipment companies. Here’s what makes Casper’s the right fit for municipal work:

We know Wisconsin. Two locations — Appleton and Milwaukee — means we’re close to the Fox Valley, Southeast Wisconsin, and everywhere in between. We understand what Wisconsin winters demand of a truck.

We have access to cooperative purchasing contracts. Sourcewell, NASPO ValuePoint, and NPPGov contracts mean your department can move without a formal bid. That saves time and keeps your purchasing compliant.

We use proven manufacturer partners. Henderson Products, Knapheide, and other industry leaders are part of every build. You get name-brand equipment installed by experienced technicians.

We’re consistent. Fleet standardization matters. When you spec a build with Casper’s, every truck comes out the same. That makes training easier, maintenance simpler, and budgeting more predictable.

We stand behind our work. Our relationship doesn’t end at delivery. We’re here after installation — responsive, local, and accountable.

We're Here After the Build

Buying a truck is the beginning of the relationship, not the end. Casper’s supports Wisconsin municipal fleets at every stage of the vehicle’s life.

Repair & Maintenance Equipment breaks. When it does, our technicians know your build. We service what we install — and we work on equipment we didn’t install too.

Parts Need a replacement part fast? We stock and source parts for the equipment we carry. Two locations means faster access across Wisconsin.

Vehicle Specification Development Not sure what you need? We’ll work with your team to develop specs for your next purchase — whether it’s one truck or an entire fleet order. We understand municipal procurement requirements and can help you build a spec that holds up through the bid or contract process.
